>From my perspective, being in the maket for a new job, I don't really care
what flavor of Pick/Multivalue/U2 the company is running. They are all
similar enough. I sent Joe a quick email, the job is  not for me, end of
story. Yes it would have been nice to know a bit nore, but then recruiting
can sometimes be a dirty business.
