I can copy the file... and I can copy the DICT... no problem now.

The problem is that HS.SCRUB hangs.

It looks like the D_INVOICE (dictionary file) is corrupted.  Unfortunately... 
this dictionary is rather large.  I would rather not retype the whole 
dictionary from scratch and copy it back.  The Unix rights to the file look 
righteous...
