Unfortunately not baked in to BDT yet. You can always override the BASIC/CATALOG keywords (after copying them to something like stdBASIC, stdCATALOG) with stub programs featuring few lines of logic to call your tool chain unless called in certain situations which should redirect to the std* versions. (like being called from your tool chain or directly from ECL)
