Move all the PDF files to a new Unix folder FRED tar -cvf JI.tar FRED compress JI.tar This will then give you a Unix file JI.tar.Z which you can then ftp to a Windows location Accessing this file in NT will act as a zip file that can be extracted (with folder names enabled if any)
