Hello! I would like some advice about making a script for stopping unidata in case of power failure.
One thought that i have is as follows. First run dbpause, then sync. Then do deleteuser on all udt processes. Thereafter dbresume, and stopud. But i'm not sure that this is the best way. The advantage would be, if for some reason the UPS doesn't hold out long enough to finish the deleteuser command. At least the machine will go down with the database paused. Anyone have any experience on this issue?
