Don't forget that setting the passwords to the same thing means that any sb prompts to enter your password, such as editing group security, screen saver lockouts etc means that it is likely impersonation can take place. Also if they log out of SB, do the users then get the login prompt again or do they drop out of the server. If they come back to a login prompt again, then again you have impersonation issues.
