I could share the code - but it is specifically for the TeemTalk emulator. The program simply prints an escape sequence which causes TeemTalk to run a script. The escape sequence is followed by an argument which contains the required title for the window (in this case @WHO). The Teemtalk script then sets the window title to the value of the passed argument.
