I don't have access to W2K3 at the moment but XP and
2000 Pro are similar in this area.  Go to control panel
and click on System.  On the Advanced tab click the
environment button near the bottom of the dialog. then,
scroll the lower listbox until you see the PATH keyword
and click on it.  Then click the Edit button at the bottom.
