Strangely enough, one of the early iterations of our product was implemented in Delphi .... even today that is what the middleware layer is written in.
Have had a play with Macromedia to - you CAN do some nifty stuff with the latest MX stuff, BUT I believe there are a few (non-trivial) obstacles that would need to be overcome - but the scripting IS powerful !
