PowerTerm ($149) from Ericom Software (http://www.ericom.com) supports Wyse 50/60 & VT100. I've never used their Mac version, but a client of mine uses their Windows version with decent success.
Carnation software (http://carnationsoftware.com) -- the folks who brought you MacToPic and SBMac -- has a lower-end terminal emulator-only product called MacWise ($95).
