mitcho >From you reply, I think I am further able to narrow down the reason for the error. I had most of the right-click-context menu items disabled through Menu Editor, including Ubiquity. After enabling Ubiquity in the context menu, everything is working fine. Thank you your help and for giving me the idea to further marrow down the cause of this error.
