Yes, 0.ubnt.pool.ntp.org is working. NTP just syncs things to GMT
time. Local time, adjusted for timezone AND daylight savings, is
always a local process. I have many devices that don't do well with
keeping up on daylight savings time. Subsequently, they're correct
