[Ubnt_users] UAP's or Equivalent

We have a church here in SC, that is looking for event wireless.
They planner said they are expecting 1000-1500 users in a single sanctuary.
I read on the ubnt forums that the hard coded limit for UAP's was 127. 
Also it said that many people couldn't get 1 mb/s simultaneously.
So we are looking at minimum 10 UAP's maybe 15-20.
Obviously that causes problems and isn't realsitic.
I'm wondering if someone can recommend something else for an event such 
as this.
