Ok, we have upgraded a site today. I see some improvement. We will monitor
and get back.

I have to correct myself on something. I have not upgraded to v3.17.21, only
to v3.17.17. So maybe that will be the fix. I'll upgrade today on some and
see if that helps and report back.
