Doing it yourself? Any hardware vendors absorbing some of it, making it affordable? Any kind of subscription type consultants, x$ per month and you get x number of assistance to spread out the expense? AF-11FX at 56 MHz just meets the 101.147 efficiency requirements for an 80 MHz channel at 256 QAM. Engineer your links at 1024 QAM and you can probably secure the channel. Upgrade that to 4096 QAM on the full 80 MHz in a few years and you're golden. The rules are probably due for a re-work at some point. The traffic loading requirements are ripe for a legal challenge and I suspect somebody's likely to pull that lever in the next few years.
