The AF-24 and AF-24HD WILL support -48VDC since its supply is isolated.  
AF-5(not X the large full duplex radio) also will support -48VDC.  

AF-5X, AF-4X, AF-3X, AF-2X and AF-11FX WILL NOT ACCEPT -48VDC (positive on 
Earth/chassis/tower ground) AT ALL!  If an “X” radio has been powered by -48VDC 
with respect to case (tower ground) it will surely be damaged!
