I know I can do it manually.  The system says it can only scan so many IPs in a 
batch/Discovery attempt.

Aren’t there 256  /16 networks in 10.x.0.0/16 While I don’t use all those 
(obviously) I use a very few partials and it is a pain to scan all those.
