Well, I consider this bug does not really needs Xorg.0.log and lspci info.
And I think there is enough info for a developer to look at.
So changing to Confirmed.

Would seems reasonable to me to (Will not fix) this bug.
Then open a new one with "Jaunty regression: Shift cancels CapsLock does not 
work". and fill it on 'Gnome' rather than X.

But I'll let a developer give his opinion on this for now.
