Steve, My current graphics card is a Radeon 9250se. I'll attach my xorg.conf and xsession-errors files. I am also going to try a proprietary radeon driver and report my results. I will also try to fire up a pc tower I am preparing for sale(replacing with laptop)that has a nvidia 8800GTS card and post those results as well.
