The only thing I can add is that I checked (cross-referenced) all Dependencies and Dependants, end even after removal of them all (total removal) i get the subprocess error on ¨ipppd¨ 1:3.12.20071127-0ubuntu5 and it gives me a info that package failed to Install or upgrade.
