There would be a lot of people who have input hardware which is slightly
sticky.  Moreover, you don't even need the mouse to be buggy....it
depends on the firmness of the button.  Not everyone uses a standard
Logitech or Microsoft mouse.  There are a whole range of mice out there
with different quality of buttons.  Ubuntu/Gnome/Nautilus should be
designed according to what people use, not what they 'should' use.
Plus I don't have this problem when doing a right-click within web pages
in firefox, so it is something that can easily be fixed.

My mouse is an Evoluent Vertical mouse which cost me over £60.  Its an
ergonomic mouse which is very expensive to replace.  When click right
mouse button, why should an item from the menu be already highlighted?
