It works! It didn't work immediately after the update though. Once the ticket was updated and I knew it should be working, I removed .config/ubuntuone/, reauthorized this computer, and then it could connect and started working. I'm not sure why this was necessary, there didn't seem to be anything in the logs to indicate why it wasn't able to connect.
