Looks as though the card is working. There is actually disscussion
around the WiMAX part of the card on the Intel WiMax mailing list. Intel is
looking to try and resolve these issues. You can view the archives and

Also you can try the latest upstream kernel and see how that works for
you here:

WiMax support is still pretty young. Its work in progress.
