this bug is not intended to be a duplicate of bug #173384.
the bug that you have mentioned #173384 is a feature request for custom
scaling. (a good request, in my opinion)
this bug relates to inappropriate zoom on my 32-inch TV running at 1366x768
(native) resolution.
any pdf of an A4 size, when zoomed at 100% should result in an image
(rasterized) to size of the actual A4 paper (210mm × 297mm).
my tv doesn't display them at the correct size.
the file posted by "jerome" is of size 1.57 x 1.57 inch
