I entered again via recovery mode, command line + "startx" and found myself in the gnome desktop with a message that my disk was full (????). Opened up the Disk Usage Analyzer. Hm, not sure what this means. I have a 1,5 tb external samsung disk via usb which I use for, amongst others, backup. It says that my "/" is fully red, folder has used 100%, 477.1 GB whlile my total filesystem capacity is 1816.9 GB (used: 474.8GB available 1342.1 GB).
