1) Kubuntu Version
2) kernel version
3) X-server Version
4) KDE version
please also include into this report the following error logs:
/var/log/Xorg.*.log
Please also give us the information about your hardware.
You can retrieve the information by running from the command line:
sudo lshw >lshw.log
and upload the lshw.log to this report.
