"READ COMMENT 403 BEFORE COMMENTING" -- I did, but this needs to be
said.

THIS IS A CRITICAL FLAW! GOING TO 'FULL SCREEN' ON A WINDOWS MACHINE CAN
CAUSE YOU TO LOSE CONTROL OF YOUR COMPUTER UNLESS YOU KNOW WINDOWS
KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS!

The reality is that the majority of Windows users don't know even basic
keyboard shortcuts -- they rely completely on their mouse. _IF_ they have
selected to auto-hide their toolbar AND they select 'Full Screen' from the
menu, there is NO WAY for them to recover control of their machine unless they
know to:
1. press the 'Windows' key or Ctrl-ESC to bring up the Start menu
2. right-click on the correct taskbar button
3. select 'Close'

I KNOW that this can happen as I've had panicked calls from friends
reporting this situation and asking me what to do. They know that they
need to press F11 to get out of full screen mode, but it doesn't work.

So PLEASE (please, please, please,...) implement SOMETHING -- a fix, a
hack, a kludge, whatever -- to allow F11 to work and THEN concentrate on
doing this properly.
