Hi Cristi!
Could you please run the "alsamixer" terminal command, go to the "Analog
Mix" slider and make sure it's all the way down and muted? If that does
not help, could you please specify:
1) If you're using the "Rear Mic" or "Front Mic" input
2) If you're using Headphones or Line out
...and if changing inputs or outputs makes a difference? Thanks!
