The screenshot shows some other issues(tm) with icon loading.  I thought
this would just be ATK name showing.

But possibly it's coming from the multi timezone-support:

  indicator-session/src/datetime-prefs-
locations.c::datetime_setup_locations_dialog():

  gtk_tree_view_insert_column_with_attributes (GTK_TREE_VIEW (tree), -1,
                                               _("Time"), cell,
                                               "text", COL_TIME, NULL);

Perhaps if that column is empty (only one timezone), then when the
column gets drawn there's ntohing in it and the column /title/ is used
instead?
