Could you please check whether you have ubuntuone-control-panel-gtk installed?
The installer checks the presence of this package and it looks like all other
packages have been already installed. It is possible that the package cannot be
properly installed. In this case please try installing it from the terminal
$ sudo apt-get install ubuntuone-control-panel-gtk
** Changed in: ubuntuone-installer (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Incomplete
