u-boot-linaro-omap4-panda-splusb does this - see bug 927956. I couldn't
think of any case of using USB booting when the SD card should be used
at all, so I think it makes sense for this package to always netboot
with no regard to the SD card.

Both of these workarounds would work for me assuming that I could get
them working.

But what about just fixing the bug? Given that flash-kernel (in the
installer udeb) already replaces any previous boot configuration on the
SD card, why not do it properly and have it replace or move away
uEnv.txt as well? Surely this would be a trivial change, not impact
anything else and not require a hack to work around?
