Here is the message I get when I try to upgrade and it shuts down and reverts to 12.04
W:Failed to fetch http://a4150907916d35b8ca3650de9e32fb290eaca480.studioxps.dell.archive.canonical.com/updates/dists/quantal-dell/public/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found , E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead. This is after I have tried all of the different approaches and machines described above.
