Martin. Which kernel version are you using (output from uname -a) ?
I am currently debugging what may be the same issue on a Sony Vaio where it resumes immediately after suspend. I have a specially built debug kernel, linux-image-2.6.20-16-generic package (30MB), that reports the wake-up event immediately after resume. I've discovered that an ACPI PMTIMER event is causing it, and I'm theorising it may be related to the kernel now using the ACPI PMTIMER as its high-resolution timer. Further testing is ongoing. If you would like to test with this kernel let me know and I'll provide a download link for you. -- Computer often resumes immediately after suspend or hibernate https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/114655 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
