This seems to have fixed an annoying problem for me, thank you very
much.  Network OK after every suspend so far.

In case others have this, I noticed another problem since upgrade to
13.10.  Sound settings output device is not saved.  On reboot It
defaults to wrong choice.  After being reset manually, it works fine.
Didn't spot this in bug reports.
