This doesn't actually work in my tests, the ExecStop= is needed (tested
with systemd 219).

I was quite surprised that this fixed a lot more than just the hangs on
unmounting network file systems. I also got reports that other vague
shutdown hangs now disappeared (https://launchpad.net/bugs/1427672) and
that shutdown hangs with libvirt's virbr0-nic interfaces are now gone as
well.
