Public bug reported:
Trying to change a tab title to something with a capital letter fails.
You can double click on a tab title, start typing, but as soon as you
type a capital letter, you get kicked out of the edit UI and the old
title remains. It's basically the same as hitting escape.
Tested with both Shift keys. Pasting something with capitals in works,
however. The same is true other places, for example, editing the name
of a layout.
OS: Ubuntu 15.04
