Even though the version of Glade clearly states that it is 3.18.3, it's
lacking basic features such as support for Client-Sided Decorations and
GTK HeaderBar. There's a big difference between the version shipping in
Ubuntu, and what is shipping in other distributions, like Fedora and
Arch Linux.
