@Kai-Heng Feng I tried 'nvme-core.nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=5500' and got a crash.
To confirm I have added the boot parameter: $ cat /proc/cmdline BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-4.10.0-19-generic.efi.signed root=UUID=7cf9f325-5277-4249-b399-4df583e6286b ro quiet splash nvme-core.nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=5500 vt.handoff=7 Will now try with 'nvme-core.nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=200'. Will let you know within 24 hours if it happens again Thanks a lot for you hard work on this mate, we all really appreciate it :) If there's any other info you need, just let me know. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1678184 Title: APST quirk needed for Samsung 512GB NVMe drive To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1678184/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
