The version of libdrm2 in your example is from trusty-updates:

If you have trusty-updates enabled, then xenial-updates will be enabled
for the upgrade process and xenial-updates has:
libdrm2 | 2.4.70-1~ubuntu16.04.1 | xenial-updates | amd64, arm64,
armhf, i386, powerpc, ppc64el, s390x
That version is greater than the one in trusty-updates.
