In debian/hdparm.preinst there is rm_conffile /etc/init.d/hdparm, so it appears 
to get deleted after installing the package.
Looks like a hack to me, and "dpkg -L" thinks it would be there.

This is expected behaviour though - but the init file should not get
listed in the package contents.
