So you're not running libreoffice from the packages in the archive right now, but from LibreOffice_6.0.1_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz which you downloaded from http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/6.0.1/deb/x86_64/.
Any chance you can install 5.4.5 from the archive again and verify it now works?
