nvml (1.3.1-0ubuntu1~ppa13) bionic; urgency=medium
* Switch debhelper compat level to 11:
- d/rules: parallel build is default in dh level 11, so drop it from
the rules file.
* Add doc-base control file for the libpmemobj-dev package to register
its html documentation.
* New doc package for libpmemobj, moving the documentation that was
previously in the dev package (fixes lintian
arch-dep-package-has-big-usr-share)
