A related bug to the auto correct functions.
If a decimal number is entered with a dot instead of a comma OOo calc replaces
the decimal number with a date regardless if auto correct is on or off.
19.4 gets replaced to the date 2019-04-01

The only workaround to disable the number auto correction for 19.4 is to
select a language in Tools->Language Settings->Languages "Locale
Setting" that supports using a dot instead of a comma for decimal
numbers like Swahili.

auto correct is enabled in OOo Calc even though the toolbar shows it as
disabled.
