Public bug reported:
The process with this pc and my tv monitor (an old Sonoko) always takes alot
with Ubuntu. It takes even a little bit with Windows on the same device, but
with this distro (the only one I've ever tried, 19.04) it can even takes
minutes and even a counter intuitive setup.
I tried alot of days ago and I hope it can show up in the logs.
Furthermore the screen no 2, when finally start working, has a color shift. A
blue-ish shift. From the color the mouse cursor it seems white turns into a
turquoise.
I decided to report it now because I thought it was the old tv fault, but today
I decide to plug a new laptop on that and, even if Windows colors are a little
bit off, it's not at the same level as this issue
