Public bug reported: I have the program Opera installed on Ubuntu 16.04, when I start Opera the window is small and a pop-up comes up repeatedly asking for a password to "Unlock the Keyring".
Upon adding --start-maximized --password-store=basic to the exec line of the opera.desktop file in the /usr/share/applications folder Opera functions correctly. One or two days later, the opera.desktop file reverts back to just opera %U on the exec line and the program is broken again. No matter how many times I change opera.desktop, it reverts back, even if I "edit as administrator" or login as root in terminal... it changes back.
