Public bug reported:
The old repo at code.google.com is abandoned, new repo is at
https://github.com/transmission-remote-gui/transgui with the latest
version 5.17.0 instead of 5.0.1 in Trusty to Eoan. Current 5.17.0 needs
libssl-dev in addition to the transgui binary for correct operation.
