Public bug reported:

The dep8 tests try to bring up a slapd server with a socket in /tmp, but
that is forbidden by the slapd apparmor profile:

# /usr/sbin/slapd -h
ldapi://%2Ftmp%2Fautopkgtest.1q2HcE%2Fautopkgtest_tmp%2Fldapi -f
/tmp/autopkgtest.1q2HcE/regtest-artifacts/slapd.conf
# pidof slapd
# dmesg
[39463.318674] audit: type=1400 audit(1581085812.849:527): apparmor="DENIED"
operation="mknod"
namespace="root//lxd-autopkgtest-lxd-nurhnn_<var-snap-lxd-common-lxd>"
profile="/usr/sbin/slapd" name="/tmp/autopkgtest.1q2HcE/autopkgtest_tmp/ldapi"
pid=419657 comm="slapd" requested_mask="c" denied_mask="c" fsuid=1000000
ouid=1000000

The tests then fail.

I suggest a fix similar to
