This was due to the rename of the kernel flavor from +raspi2 to +raspi;
livecd-rootfs required a change to support this and although that change
was made quickly it languished in -proposed for nearly a week while
other changes piled on top of it. As you've noted it's now landed and
the dailies have started functioning again.

As an additional note: the arm64 kernel's USB issue was (temporarily)
back; that was also fixed quickly but again sat around in -proposed for
a few days. It landed in the release pocket yesterday so today's dailies
should be fully functional on the Pi4 once more.
