Since it could be related to graphics, my graphics card is a RTX 2060
SUPER with 8192MB GDDR6 Video RAM.

Also note that my bug was found with the VMSVGA VBox graphics driver,
and rappluk saw the same message using the VBoxVGA VBox graphics driver.

Also note that I ensured that Hyper-V was disabled by executing this command in 
powershell:
Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-All

I still need to find a way to get the boot log with the kernel panic
saved and attached to this bug.
