Updated the affected kernel to be 5.8.0-41 since I updated my system and
confirmed.

ttyS0-5.8-qatest05.txt - Redirected console output with kernel panic
ttyS0-5.4-qatest05.txt - Redirected console output with successful boot with 
5.4 kernel
instructions-ttyS0.txt - Instructions to redirect console output through serial 
port to file on Host disk.

Lukas, feel free to follow the instructions to attach the console output
for the failed 5.8.  I put in the optional parts for the other files.
